Charon is the Ferryman of Hades war carried the newly deceased across the River Styx and Acheron that divides the World of the living from the World of the Dead.
Whie Heracles was doing his five great labors King Eurystheus of Mycenae told Him to get Cerebus. Heracles went down to the underworld and Charon just let Heracles on for free. On his way to the throne room of Hades he sees the hero Theseus sitting frozen on a rock and frees him. He talks to Hades and borrows Cerebus for his trial.
After the hero Orpheus lost his wife he went down Erobos so he could get her back. He Sings such a sad song that Charon lets him on for free. Orpheus soon loses his wife forever.
During Psyche's quest to gain Eros's love back she is given the task from Aphrodite to ask to borrow some beauty cream from Persephone and gives Charon a Drachma.
Perseus and some Joppa Soldiers travels to the Underworld to behead Medusa and use her Head tp petrify the Kraken. Once they arrive of the River Styx, Perseus goes to the edge and calls Charon with a blowing Horn. After a short tie, Charon comes aboard his Board and Perseus gives him the Coin he got from Thallo. Perseus and the three Soldiers then get on the Board they are transported by Charon in the Underworld.
Perseus goes to the Underworld with some Argos and the Djinn Sheikh Sulieman in order to behead Medusa and use her Head against the Kraken. They come at the Edge of the River Styx where Sheikh Sulieman throws in the Water the Coin that Perseus ablained from Zeus, then Charon arrives on his Boat pulled by two undeads.The Group embark the Boat and Charon carries them to the Lair of the gorgon Medusa.
